Parking at Calebreck car park, along fell road, or in a marked field if conditions permit.
Carrock race is a fell race and has a license from the FRA (Fell Runners Association). The route isn’t marked and you will need to find your own way between checkpoints. The use of GPS devices (including watches) to navigate is not allowed. You will need to carry FRA mandatory kit which is waterproof top and bottoms (with taped seams), hat and gloves, a map of the course, a compass, a whistle and some food.
